In the founding days of the Nakashima Foundation for Peace, my father’s hope was to spark a person-to-person movement that would compel Unity.

His hope was to pave the way for as many people around the world as possible to commit to peace by accepting donations of only $10 to fund each Peace Altar Table. It was a methodology that, in combination with the support of major donors, allowed for an astounding number of connections to blossom worldwide while stretching my bookkeeping capabilities.

This person-to-person movement remains a cornerstone in our intent, bringing a great deal of hope and strength to the legacy of my father’s vision. We are grateful for donations of any size you feel moved to give and hope that, together, we can build a more peaceful world!
