Auroville Meditation

To commemorate the 50th year of Auroville’s founding, the community decided to host a meditation around the Sacred Peace Table in the foundation of the soon-to-be-built Hall of Peace at the Unity Pavilion. As dawn broke and mist shrouded the site in mystery, Aurovillians gathered to offer silent prayers for peace.
A path of flower petals leads visitors through the skeleton columns to the Hall of Peace site.
